TRIP is designed to help you track points of interest on a map, not just plan trips.

Places and trips have distinct scopes. A place exists independently of any trip. A trip references places.

Places represent your points of interest, such as parks, museums, secret bars or a cycling path. Use categories to shape the map around your own trips.

Customize categories in your Settings (Categories).

You can use it to track geocaches, list stores from a chain, map contacts, or keep temporary trip-only stops out of the main Places screen.
